Zen Bamboo Watercolor -

'Zen Bamboo Watercolor' is a 11"x15" color study. The repetition of the brush strokes was very soothing and peaceful. Building the color contrast of the leaves isolated against the background was actually quite fun. One of my favorites and the earths most useful plants, bamboo reminds me of the time spent in Tokyo in my youth.

Hopefully this piece brings prosperity and a calming, energizing effect on all who view it...
